We offer a wide range of Air Bags to meet our customers diverse requirements. Our frontal Air Bags are designed to reduce occupant injury in frontal crashes. Additionally, we have designed a range of Air Bags for side-impact and rollover events that cover a variety of occupant safety needs.

Cooperation

Electronic double safety airbag     The system of auto double safety airbag composed by controller, driver’s wheel module, helical cable module and coil. The picture of system is as follows. The driver’s airbag module is equipped in the steering wheel and they become the whole; the front-row passenger’s airbag module is equipped in the instrument panel; controller is equipped in the designated place of the car body; the indicator lamp which showed the working state of safety airbag is equipped on the combined instrument; the helical cable is equipped at the joint part between the combined switch and steering wheel; and the coil links all the components. Electronic Auto Safety Airbag     “Integral automobile safety airbag equipment” and “Separate automobile safety airbag equipment” pass a great deal of examination about circumstance and performance. The products entirely meet the standard of Q/JL001-2001, which reference the standards of European ECE and American FMV208. Controlling System Characteristics     We are using Large-scale integration technique and computer control technique into controlling system. These techniques could control the action time of airbag accurately, they also have the ability of self-test, black box memory and computer communication interface, which enhances the reliability of use, and easy to record or analyze the production performance and crash accident. Gas Generator system Characteristics    Gas Generator system consists of more then 30 components. Medicinal materials of this system is produce by many medicament with high-tech method, its stability and reliability could fit related standards. The shell of this system adopts advanced technique of grinding jointing, which ensure the reliability.
